Las Vegas Part 2: Sin City

Luke and I had a great time in Las Vegas last week. After we picked up Luke's sweet Custom Chopper that you saw in the last post we headed the 1 and 1/2 hours south to Sin City. We checked into our hotel, the MGM Grand and spent the night walking the strip. This picture of us below is us in front of the hotel that is guarded by this massive Gold Lion (it's Vegas, it has to be gold)!
Luke and I in front of Caesar's Palace somewhere. These hotels are massive!! The take up like 2 city blocks or more, you can get lost in them, or never leave if you don't want, they have everything you need.

The Eiffel tower
And of course we ate at the Harley Davidson Cafe, it just felt right with the theme of our trip.

Us in front to of the Ship at Treasure Island
This is the nightly show put on at the Treasure Island Hotel. It was pretty fun to watch.

This ship is on the other side of the dock, it is the male pirate ship.

This is that same ship above, the actually sink this ship!

Luke inside the Treasure Island Casino. He thought this bike was pretty bad a@@!

At our hotel they have this live lion exhibit. The lion was laying on this glass walkway right over our heads, it was pretty crazy how close it was, and it didn't even care.

The water/light show out in front of the Bellagio.

The View from our room at night. We could look out onto the strip, it was pretty cool. The hotel across from us was New York, New York.

So, that was our trip in a nutshell. It was a very fast trip, we left Tuesday and came back Thursday. But it was nice to get away for a few days and spend some time together, we even got to enjoy some 60 degree weather. Plus, Luke is still smiling from ear to ear when he thinks of that Chopper in our garage, so that made the long ride very worth it. Just like a kid in a candy store I tell ya.

And I just had to post this one picture of what we came back to at our house.......

can you believe the size of this thing??!!!! It is still there, and it's not getting any smaller, could we please have some warm weather!!!!

Your hair looks super cute in those pictures by the way! I am glad for the photo journal because now I am getting excited to go to Vegas next weekend. By the way I like your blog background, when I picked mine it was a toss up between the one you have and the one I put on mine. Looks like you two had some good times. Talk to you later.

I agree about the warm weather! I think it's so cool that you guys did all that together and what's even cooler is your splurge! :) It's so fun to watch guys get things for themselves that they've worked so hard for.
