They Get Bigger.....

Yesterday was Kenzie's 1st official day in the nursery! I was a nursery leader for the past year, but they have since replaced me, in the last few weeks that we have been gone from church (YAY!). So this was her official day, without me there, and she actually being 18 months! I was a little nervous, as she has been clingy these past few months, but she did great! I'm sure it's because Jack is still in there, (yes, he has another year), and that she got to take her blankie (the ultimate comfort).

Good Job Sista! We are proud of you!
Jack and Kenzie posing for the pics, that I must always take, even though by the end I am so frustrated because I can't get them both to look at the same time:) But what do ya do, they are just kids, right?

Jack wanting his picture taken too, but wouldn't put the keys down, fearing he might lose them to a little sister.

This is another thing that just proves how big, and much older McKenzie is getting. Jack has since graduated to the table, with his booster seat, quite awhile ago. When we went to McCall a few weeks ago I took it along for Kenzie to sit in while there. Well, since we got back she didn't want to sit in the high chair anymore, don't we know she is too cool for that now?
So this is Jack giving the thumbs up that he likes to sit across from......

His sister!
You are getting too big!
I went and bought her her very own pink booster! You have to get them different looking otherwise they fight over who's is who's. Plus, don't all girls love pink?
It is weird for me to have another toddler around, and to not have a baby anymore! It is also very nice, it makes for a much easier day, when the two of them aren't fighting. I think I need to get two of everything in my house, but oh wait, that doesn't work, then when would they learn to share?

Kinzi LOVES nursery....it's usually a fight to get her out. As soon as sacrament is over she heads right to the room, walks right in and doesn't even give us a second look!!!! I think it might be a problem for Sunbeams....at least we have one more year.
